First we run a pre-employment criminal background check and submit a report of our findings to an auditor from the National Association of Information Destruction, so that we can maintain our own AAA Certification status. Then the newly hired driver completes 82 hours of classroom and on the job training, before they are allowed to service a client by themselves. Finally to maintain their certification, all our drivers must submit to ongoing, random drug testing by an independent firm and comply with our appearance and behavior standards that require them to wear a uniform and picture ID badge.
